LE2111 Brake Wear Detection Sensor is designed for the wind turbines brake system, brake lining status detection displacement sensor.

Sensor main body is stainless steel and tin bronze material, anti-corrosive strong; mechanical design, anti-interference ability strong, high stability, no interference to the outside equipment; Integrated design, the overall long life.

1.Performance profile:

Within the sensor is equipped with two micro-switches, defined as :"Brake Release" and "Pad Wear".

Probe in two locations trigger switchs. When the brake pads worn to the limit allowed(usually 1~4mm),"Pad wear" switches open, and the need to regulate the brake pads. Brake wear limit is the effective interval between the two switches, and it can be set according to the actual needs of the site. We usually set to 2.2mm.
